The rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning，artificial neural networks，and image recognition has caused widespread concern about privacy protection issues. Based on the connotation，development stage and practical application of artificial intelligence technology，this paper analyzes the technical risk and privacy leakage in the artificial intelligence era，and discusses the relationship between artificial intelligence and privacy information security. On this basis，this paper believes that privacy security issues in the current environment should protect privacy from three aspects：developing blockchain technology，strengthening artificial intelligence data legislation and improving artificial intelligence machine ethics.
