The phenomenon of manuscript laundering in the environment of self-Media has become increasingly prominent. It has become a very representative anomie phenomenon of network content creation. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the phenomenon of manuscript laundering from the media environment，this paper points out that the phenomenon of manuscript laundering infringes on the rights and interests of copyright holders and disrupts the dissemination order. At the same time，it also analyses two difficulties in the identification of infringement in judicial practice，namely，the identification of improper quotation of works and the identification of contact plus substantive similarity. From the perspectives of media platform，content producer and audience，this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to curb manuscript Laundering under the environment of self-media.
