With the goal of students’ learning，development and learning outcomes，the construction of private colleges’ teaching quality guarantee system is established，and the relationship between teachers’ “teaching” and students’ “learning” is clarified. Colleges and teachers should understand the motivations of students’ learning，what they have learned，how to learn，what they hope schools and teachers should do and understand that how to improve the learning outcomes is an important criterion for evaluating the quality of teaching. Based on the student-centered teaching management concept，this paper analyzes the factors affecting the teaching quality of private colleges，and subsequently constructs a teaching quality guarantee system from the aspects of resource allocation，teacher training，talent cultivation and teaching reform.
