随着社会对应用型人才需求的剧增,作为民办高校适应经济发展要求不断创新人才培养,加强“双师型”教师队伍建设是关键,也是民办高校能够树立品牌和特色的重要保障。本研究主要是以民办高校,尤其是河南省为研究对象,通过访谈和问卷调查对部分民办高校“双师型”教师胜任力特征进行分析研究,借助主成分分析法对数据进行检验、提取,得到“双师型”教师胜任力主因子,通过对主因子进行命名构建民办高校“双师型”教师胜任力模型,从而完善高校“双师型”教师的选拔、培训考核,以及规范教师胜任力评价机制。
<<With the rapid increase of social demand for applied talents,as private colleges and universities to adapt to the requirements of economic development and constantly innovate personnel training,strengthening the construction of double-qualified teachers is the key,but also an important guarantee for private colleges and universities to establish brand and characteristics. This research mainly takes private colleges and universities,especially in Henan Province as the research object,through interviews and questionnaires to analyze and study the competency characteristics of double-qualified teachers in some private colleges and universities. By means of principal component analysis,the data are tested and extracted,and the main factors of double-qualified teachers’ competence are obtained. Through naming the main factors,the double-qualified teachers in private colleges and universities are constructed. Teachers’ Competency Model,so as to improve the selection,training and assessment of double-qualified teachers in Colleges and universities,and standardize the evaluation mechanism of teachers’ competence
