The Belt and Road initiative provides a strategic opportunity for the internationalization of private vocational education. Based on the unique perspective of the construction of the Belt and Road for private vocational education services，this paper analyzes the current situation of foreign language education services and the introduction of international quality resource services in the construction of Belt and Road in Henan Province. The shortcomings of education in docking the Belt and Road construction facilitate the use of foreign language service mechanisms to improve private vocational education from both international and domestic levels，and promote its transformation into educational international resources and the introduction of international high-quality resources. A service strategy will help the internationalized composite application talents training in private vocational education.
