The introduction of the new Private Education Promotion Law and supporting policy documents constitutes the basic policy system of our national education，and it is determined that the classification management is the basic direction for the reform and development of our national education. From the perspective of the new law and new policy，classified management has a certain impact on all private education schools that include compulsory education and non-compulsory education. Classified management will speed up the promotion of “profit-making” and “non-profit” choices for private schools，and will strengthen supervision and management of private schools. Compulsory education prohibits “profit-making” schools，which will restrict the expansion of private education groups. The school will receive more supportive policies and different types of schools will be able to develop healthily.
