In 2018，the development of private education in Henan is still stable. After the revision of the Private Education Promotion Law in 2016，a series of documents on management and regulation of private education were issued from the state to the local government. In the province’s private education，it caused turmoil，and what it did and did not do have become a hot spot. As a large province of education，Henan Province should respond to the background of normative management in a way that does something and does not. It is an urgent task for Henan private education to analyze the situation，study the appropriate road development strategy，and fill in the shortcomings of education as soon as possible.
