Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC，the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government of Henan Province have insisted on private education as a new growth point of education development and an important force to promote education reform，and vigorously supported and guided the development of private education. Private high school education in our province is developing rapidly. Through the research，the author believes that the board of directors of private high schools not only helps to speed up the construction of modern school system，but also helps to standardize the internal management of private high schools and improves the quality and efficiency of running schools.
