From 2018 to 2019，Henan private pre-school education faced various policies of renovating thecommunity construction park and strictly controlling the proportion of the newly-resourced parks. However，Henan private pre-school education has a good developmentfoundation for 20 years，and has formed a number of demonstration parks with garden-oriented characteristics and influential in Henan. The trend of “large scale”，big role” and large impact of private parks will continue to exist for a long time.
