In the past 40 years of reform and opening up，Henan’s private education has gradually taken the lead in the country，from germination to development. Henan private basic education also has certain scale and school-running characteristics in the development，but also faces many bottlenecks. In the new era，how to adjust the development strategy and overcome the difficulties of private basic education in Henan Province are the issues of great concern to governments at all levels，all walks of life，especially private education itself. Based on the analysis of the overall development status and bottlenecks of private basic education in Henan Province，this report puts forward the development ideas and solving strategies.
