From the angle of academic papers at home and abroad，94 countries all over the world have carried out the research of intelligent old-age care service. The accumulated data show that the research abroad has started early，but the academic research in China has entered a period of rapid development in recent three years，and the international academic papers rank in the top three，which is closely related to the development policy of old-age service in our country in the new era. At the same time，it is closely related to the development level of Internet technology，Internet of Things technology and large data technology in China. There have been some achievements in the research of intelligent old-age service in China，such as the investigation of the demand of old-age service，the configuration of old-age service platform system，the application patent of artificial intelligence technology and the service system of old-age care under different old-age mode. In order to better serve the aging healthy city，healthy China，human destiny community construction，our country wisdom old-age care should focus on the core artificial intelligence technology，the old-age service platform and the ecological environment aspect carries on the strategic development layout，and develops promotes our country from “the manpower old-age care” to “the happy old-age care”，from “the government subsidy” to “the consumption market”，from “follows the development” to “the wisdom old-age care service China plan.
