Community is an important carrier to meet the needs of residents’ better life. With the development of Beijing，residents’ demand for community public service is more diversified，and more strict quality requirements are put forward for community public service. More than 50% of respondents think that the community public service system should be built by the government，and about 80% of respondents think that the community management and service mainly depends on the community party committee and neighborhood committee. In recent years，the level of community public service in Beijing has improved significantly，but there are still many problems in the aspects of children’s education，education，labor，medical care，old age，living and support. To do a good job of community public service in Beijing，we should not only focus on solving the outstanding problems reflected by the residents，but also make great efforts to solve the deep-seated problems that restrict the realization of children’s education，education，labor，medical care，old age，living and support.
