In recent years，WHO has called on all countries to attach importance to the social determinants of health and to provide organizational and technical support for the implementation of “Integrate health in all policies” strategies. As a capital city，Beijing’s main health indicators have reached or come close to the level of developed countries. To promote the implementation of “Integrate health in all policies” in Beijing is to take Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the guide，to build a healthy and integrated policy and legal system，to promote the implementation of Beijing’s urban strategic positioning，to ensure that the capacity of service and guarantee is in line with the strategic positioning of the city，and to coordinate the environment of population and resources with the strategic positioning of the city. From the international point of view，the successful implementation of “Integrate health in all policies” has the experience of constructing legal guarantee system，establishing cross-departmental governance mechanism，stable financial guarantee mechanism and leading role of health and health departments. Based on the domestic and international experience and the municipal situation in Beijing，we suggest that Beijing establish the “Integrate health in all policies” working mechanism，define the scope of “Integrate health in all policies” implementation，etc.，focusing on the key issues such as organization and leadership coordination mechanism，law and regulation guarantee，health impact assessment and evaluation system，and public participation mechanism.
