对北京市2017年水与经济社会协调发展情况进行综合分析，特别是根据2005～2017年时间序列对水与经济社会协调发展程度进行研究可以看出，北京市水与经济社会协调发展程度经历了一个由“轻度失调”向“微度失调”演变的近“V”型过程，总体上仍处于失调状态，但2010年开始整体不断趋好，2017年延续了这种发展趋势，2017年协调度指数比上一年有4。8%的改善。随着发展，北京市水资源短缺与经济社会快速发展的矛盾将更加尖锐，不仅要解决历史欠账问题，而且面临新形势新要求。为此，建议适应新时代要求，加快治水观念理念转变；坚持“四定”原则，推进水资源精细化管理。
<<A comprehensive analysis of the coordinated development of water and economic society in Beijing in 2017，especially from the study of the coordinated development of water and economic society in 2005-2017，shows that the coordinated development of water and economic society in Beijing has undergone a near-V-type process from “mild maladjustment” to “slight maladjustment”，and is still in an overall state of maladjustment，but the overall trend has been improving since 2010. With the development of Beijing，the contradiction between water shortage and the rapid development of economy and society will be more acute，not only to solve the problem of historical debt，but also to face the new situation and new demands. Therefore，it is suggested to adapt to the requirements of the new era and accelerate the transformation of the concept of water control；Adhere to the principle of “Si Ding” and promote the fine management of water resources.
