The new economy is a new driver of economic growth. Industrial policies have been formulated in China’s new economy area. Based on the analysis of the evolution of China’s industrial policy and the objectives，means，measures and effects of the new economic industrial policy，this paper concludes that China’s new economic policy has achieved remarkable results in infrastructure construction，industrial ecological construction and industrial subject cultivation，but has not received obvious effect in innovation promotion. At the same time，it analyzes the impact of China’s new economic industrial policy on China-us cooperation. Combined with the evolution logic of China’s industrial policy，this paper makes a preliminary judgment on the future trend of China’s new economy industrial policies.
