平台经济已成为新经济的一种典型模式,对经济增长的贡献作用愈显,但也存在消费者权益保护、税收和垄断等问题。比较中美两国的平台经济发展情况,可以发现,总体上,美国的平台经济相对中国更具有竞争力。但具体看来,中国的发展后劲较强,未来可能与美国在平台经济的发展方面平分秋色。中国的互联网产业政策相比美国而言具有更大的优势,有益于中国互联网企业增加市场份额,增强国际竞争力。在互联网产业平台和互联网平台型企业方面,中国相比美国竞争力不强。在平台经济发展的问题方面,中国相比美国存在更多的问题,如在消费者权益保护方面、税收方面和垄断方面,美国具有更完善的法律机制、消费者维权机制、税收体系以及反垄断机制,能够更好地解决这些问题。而中国在这些方面还有很长的路要走,尤其是中国还处于市场机制不断完善的发展阶段,在平台经济的发展方面还要处理好市场监管和平台治理的关系。

For example,in terms of consumer rights protection,taxation and monopoly,the United States has a more complete legal mechanism,consumer rights protection mechanism,taxation system and anti-monopoly mechanisms that which can better address these issues. China still has a long way to go in these areas. In particular,China is still in the development stage of continuous improvement of market mechanism. In the development of platform economy,it is necessary to deal with the relationship between market supervision and platform governance.
