基于新经济指标体系测算了47国2015～2017年的新经济指数和创新能力指数、全球化指数、绿色化指数、数字化指数、网络化指数、智能化指数。通过比较，美国的新经济指数约为中国的2倍；在创新能力、绿色化、数字化、网络化和智能化等领域都领先于中国。中国的新经济面临不平衡发展，中国在数字化和智能化领域具有较好的基础和竞争力，但创新能力、绿色化和网络化能力的发展相对滞后。中国传统制造业的基础较好，就趋势而言，中国新经济发展的潜力和提升空间非常大。
<<This Chapter makes evalution of new economy index composed of innovation index，globalization index，greenization index，digitalization index，networking index and intelligentized index from 2015 to 2017 based on 47 countries. By comparision，It’s found that the new econmy index of US twice as much as that of China. Innovation ability，greenization ability，digitalization ability，networking ability and intelligentized ability of US lead over China. Its needed for China to change the unbalance development of new economy. The basis of digitalization and intelligentization are better than innovation，greenization，and networking in China. China should pay more attention to the building ability of innovation，greenization，and networking.
