During the Eleventh Five-Year period，the market-based reform of coal industry in China has made a breakthrough，the level of technology has been improved，and the industrial structure has also been gradually optimized. 2011 is an important year that promotes the overall integration and furthers the development of coal industries. The ratio of industrial concentration will be raised with large scale enterprises’ clusters boosting it. In addition，the construction of efficient modern mines will greatly upgrade the competitiveness of coal industry.
