Beijing and Zhangjiakou City are actively pursuing low-carbon transformation. The combination of the low-carbon Olympic commitments proposed in the bidding process of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and the low-carbon management of the city will help promote low-carbon in a wider range.
