In order to facilitate the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and increase the enthusiasm and initiative of the people to participate in winter sports，the Three Northeast Provinces have made great efforts to develop winter sports on campus and winter sports industries relying on their unique resources and location advantages. Administration of Sport of Jilin built a brand of winter sports for the people，and promoted 300 million people to participate in winter sports to for the Beijing Winter Olympics. Administration of Sport of Liaoning make up shortcomings of winter sports，effort to build “Liaoning of ice and snow” and build a strong province for winter sports；Administration of Sport of Heilongjiang popularizes winter sports to help achieve the goal of 300 million people participate in winter sports.
