The welfare system is an important part of the civil service system. Implementing this system involves the vital interests of all civil servants. The Macao SAR government attaches great importance to and cares for the requirements of civil servants, which has led to a rising trend of welfare. Practice has shown that raising the welfare of civil servants is an effective way to cope with the low morale of civil servants and promote their enthusiasm for work. At the same time, the government needs to establish a more scientific, reasonable, fair and equitable remuneration system and welfare system. While continuously improving the welfare level of civil servants, it can be accepted and recognized by the general public. <<
