广州市大多数大中型民营企业比较重视社会主义核心价值观建设,将社会主义核心价值观很好地融入企业价值理念规划、经营生产、文化景观、网络传播、党工团活动、公益活动之中,形成了一定的“广州特色”。但在一些企业出资者思想观念、企业顶层设计、执行机制等方面,还存在一定的问题和差距。为此,本报告提出,大力推动民营企业社会主义核心价值观“人文化”“实体化”“常态化”“全员化”建设,以实现社会主义核心价值观教育和践行的可持续发展。
<<Most large and medium-sized private enterprises in Guangzhou pay more attention to the construction of Socialist Core Values,and integrate Socialist Core Values into enterprise value concept planning,business production,cultural landscape,network communication,party work group activities,and public welfare activities. A certain “Guangzhou Characteristics” has been formed. However,there are still some problems and gaps in the ideas and concepts of enterprise funders,the top-level design of enterprises,and the implementation mechanism. To this end,this report proposes to vigorously promote the Socialist Core Values of private enterprises,such as “human culture”,“substantialization”,“normalization” and “full staffing”,in order to realize the sustainable development of Socialist Core Values education and practice.
