In the past few years，financial companies have realized the need and big opportunities of RegTech. RegTech solution providers are actively developing technologies and software to improve the efficiency of financial regulatory compliance and reduce costs. This report analyzes the status quo，mode，characteristics and trends of RegTech in major countries around the world. At the same time，it is proposed that although China’s RegTech development is at rather an early stage，we are highly motivated and the application need are very broad.
