Since 2018，the application of AI in the field of regulatory technology has entered a fast track，and the relationship between AI and regulatory technology has gradually moved from “technical assistance” to “smart regulation”. At present，the promotion of AI to the supervision of scientific and technological intelligence is mainly reflected in some aspects of the scene. These point-like applications will liberate labor from the original repetitive work and improve the efficiency and accuracy of certain links. This report introduces the basic principles and technological development of artificial intelligence，and analyzes the application and practice of artificial intelligence in China’s regulatory science and technology with specific examples. At the same time，it analyzes the application prospects of artificial intelligence in regulatory technology and puts forward relevant suggestions.
