本报告利用2010~2018年广州青年价值观状况跟踪调查数据,把价值观分为人生成就观、幸福观、择偶观、择业观以及消费观五个有代表性的维度,并将青年群体划分为“80后”、“90后”、“95后”及“00后”等不同年龄群体,详细探讨八年来广州青年价值观的发展变化状况,并比较不同年龄层次青年价值观的异同。基于对调查数据的分析发现,报告给出相关思考及对策建议。
<<This report uses the data of the follow-up survey on youth values from 2010 to 2018,and sets total five representative dimensions including the view of life achievements,the view of happiness,the view of mate choice,the view of employment,and the view of consumption;in the meantime,this report discusses the development and changes of youth value in recent ten years and gives comparison and contrast on the youth values of different age groups,including the generation after 80’s,90’s,95’s and 00’s. There are five findings based on the survey data. Firstly,young people attach general importance to individual efforts in the process of pursuing life achievements;the younger generations show higher level of attention on this factor. Secondly,the affluence of wealth has increasing importance to life happiness,and the changes of economic environment drive young people to seek more realistic source of happiness. Thirdly,young people pay increasing attention to each other’s values when it comes to mate choice,and the traditional marriage value fades constantly. Fourthly,economic benefit is the primary consideration of occupation choice;the midlife crisis at about 35 makes people born after 80’s long for stable life,while the younger generations attach more attention to individual development. Fifthly,life and work pressure as well as the social environment of consumption binge together promotes the recognition level of youth group on hedonic consumption and credit consumption. Based on the above findings,this report provides relevant suggestions.
