2018年适逢改革开放40周年,国有企业按照中央“1+N”系列文件的各项要求,积极推进各项改革试点工作。作为国企改革的突破口,混改已经由点及面迅速铺开。国企改革要“混”,人事制度要“改”。本文论述了在各项改革试点推进工作中的国企人事制度改革的相关举措。
<<In 2018,the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up,state-owned enterprises actively implemented pilot reforms according to the requirements of “1+N” documents of the central government. As a breakthrough of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the mixed-ownership reform has been rapidly rolled out in an all-round way. Sate-owned enterprises should carry out mixed-ownership reform,and their personnel system should also be reformed. The paper discusses related measures of the personnel system reform in state-owned enterprises among various pilot reforms.
