Since the reform of “delegation of power and optimization of government service”，China’s CBD commercial system reform has achieved remarkable results. For instance，the market access has become increasingly convenient，the process of operations has been continuously efficient，market supervision has become more precise，service methods have become more intelligent，and the business environment has become more international. At the same time，there are still many shortcomings in the reform of China’s CBD commercial system，and there is still great room for further improvement.
