Free Trade Pilot Zone has become a “test field” for deepening reform and opening up in China. Its construction goal is not only to promote regional economic development，but also to replicate and popularize mature experience throughout the country. This paper focuses on the analysis of the main achievements and new developments of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone，Guangzhou Pilot Free Trade Zone and Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone（Port）in terms of system innovation，industry openness，scientific and technological innovation，enterprise perception，etc. Meanwhile，this paper also points out the problems existing in capital flow，tax burden，laws and regulations of China’s Free Trade Pilot Zone. Referring to the advanced practices of foreign free trade zones，this paper puts forward the direction of further development of China’s Free Trade Pilot Zones in the future，including market-oriented system innovation，focusing on the opening of core areas of service industry，and giving free trade pilot zones higher autonomy.
