From the perspective of global ski industry development，Asian skiing is mainly distributed in Japan，South Korea and China in east Asia. Among them，Japan began to vigorously develop its ski industry from the 1950s，while South Korea started a little later than Japan，but thanks to the support of the national economic level，the ski industry has been booming. So far，the number of skiers in South Korea has exceeded 10 percent of the country’s total population. This paper will take Daemyung （Vivaldi） ski resort as an example to analyze the four-season operation mode of combining ski resort with other formats，so as to bring some references for the development of China ski resorts.
