The ski resort is the leader of the ski industry and the core of the development of China winter sports industry. However，the profitability of most ski resorts in China is not optimistic. An important reason is that these ski resorts generally have professional shortages in operation management. This paper takes the specialized snowfield operation management mode as the entry point，studies the origin of professional snowfield operation management，uses Antaeus Ski，the domestic professional snowfield operation management pathfinder，Macearth，the Asia-Pacific professional snowfield management pioneer，explore the operation mode of specialized snowfield operations.
