Since the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics were successfully bid，China ski industry has entered a period of accelerated development as an important means to help the goal of “300 million people to participate in winter sports”，an important carrier to meet the people’s needs for a better life. While facing the national major policy to promote the development of winter sports and the trend of leisure consumption upgrade，ski industry in our country is still has practical problems such as prominent profit problem，ski industry business model innovation progress based on the local is slow-moving. At the same time，external potential environmental resource constraints are presented for the ski industry quality and efficiency problem more pressing questions，especially in the background of big economic development from “high growth into high quality”，ski optimization and transformation and upgrading of industrial structure adjustment in the context of the development of the new era is more urgent. How to find a high quality development path with both economic and social benefits under the limitation of resources and environment is an important issue for practitioners and researchers in the ski industry in China.
