This report is based on the operation data ofthe National Monitoring and Management Platform for new energy rental vehicles from January 2018 to December 2018. Key focuses are on pure electric rental vehicles while plug-in hybrid rental vehicles are also studied. Through comparative studies on mileage distributions，daily average mileage，initial SOC in charging operation，number of charging and fault alarming，pure electric rental vehicles show limited driving range decay. Its comprehensive utilization efficiency lies in between the taxis and the private vehicles.
