Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympic Games Yanqing Zone will undertake alpine skiing，bobsleigh and luge events in Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympic Games. And Yanqing Zone will also build supporting facilities，such as the Mountain Press Center，Yanqing Winter Olympic Village and training racetrack，to ensure that the Games can be held successfully. Under the deployment of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality，PPP （Public Private Partnership） application will be adopted to this project，in order to implement the Olympic bid commitment，facilitate the development of private capital，improve the utilization of the venues after the games and promote the development of winter sport industry. This project is the first PPP project that combines social investor bidding，construction general contracting bidding and state-owned construction land use right bidding in China. What’s more，this project also set an example in operation after the games，combination operation mode，risk allocation and win-win profit distribution.
