Most Public-Private Partnership （PPP） projects in pension industry are implemented in Build-Operate-Transfer （BOT） or Building-Owning-Operation （BOO） mode. Compared with other industries，BOO mode is used more frequently in pension projects and more innovations are achieved in the business model of BOO. There are many types of social capitalists participating in PPP projects in the pension industry，among which private enterprises are the main ones. In the future，there will be more pension projects implemented in PPP mode，which will also attract more private enterprises to participate in these projects. Meanwhile，with a large number of projects in the operation stage，the advantages of private enterprises in improving operational efficiency will become increasingly apparent.
