In 2018，the number of medical and health projects in project management library—established by China Public Private Partnerships Center increased significantly compared with the previous year. However，with the influence of the financial risk prevention system and deleveraging policies，the number of projects in the implementation stage is unsatisfactory. Compared with the past few years，various market entities related to PPP（Public Private Partnerships）in 2018 are gradually rational. Nevertheless，the quality of the project implementation needs to be further improved. With the gradual deepening of health care reform，PPP mode will play a more important role in the field of health care. Transferring hospital non-core business to social capitals is conducive to the realization of professional and large-scale operation，thereby improving the economy of the project.
