With the rapid development and standardization of Public-Private Partnership in China，the need for professionals in PPP is becoming more and more urgent. Therefore，it is extremely important to establish a general and systematic PPP body of knowledge. Based on significance of PPP body of knowledge，this paper firstly introduces the contents of knowledge representation and knowledge management，then focuses on international and domestic PPP body of knowledge and summarizes shortcomings of existing body of knowledge. Finally，suggestions on contents and methods related to building PPP body of knowledge are proposed.
