This report reviews various important aspects of the implementation of Public-Private Partnerships （PPPs） in China in 2018 including PPP legislation progress，regulating management progress，investment and financing practice etc. It also foresees the PPP development in near future in China，regarding government supervision，controversial issues，contract term，consulting market，capacity building and so forth. It is hoped that these will facilitate better application of PPPs in China.
