This case introduces how Linxia Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital established a remote consultation platform through cooperation with the General Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army of China，who introduced high-quality medical resources to the western region，and effectively carried out the diagnosis and treatment of difficult and critical medical records and the development of graded diagnosis and treatment，promoted the technical level of local medical staff. The patients in the western regions can see famous doctors at the door of their homes，alleviate the burden of patients in poor areas，and provide more safeguards for avoiding poverty caused by illness and returning to poverty due to illness.
