This case systematically introduces how Hangzhou Sports Bureau takes advantage of the Asian Games to build a city of international competitions from four aspects：earnestly summarizing the successful experience of hosting World Swimming Championship，creating an in-depth international environment for sports，comprehensively improving the organizational ability of Hangzhou International Sports Events，and further improving the comprehensive level of Hangzhou competitive sports. Specific practices and typical experience are introduced.
