China has entered a new era of healthy living，and the health problem is getting extensive attention from the whole society. This report expounds the concept of health and the background and meaning of urban health living evaluation，analyzed the urban residents in China are faced with the complex health problems，clarified the city health living index and principles of the selection of evaluation methods，multiple attribute evaluation method was applied to urban health living evaluation，constructs the evaluation index system of city and provincial health living，and according to the established index system to the health of China’s 289 urban residents living conditions are analyzed in comprehensive evaluation and depth.
