This paper analyses the data collected from Shandong General Socio-Economic Survey hold by SDASS in 2018，data from Statistical Yearbooks and the latest data published by Shandong Government and Shandong Eco-environmental Protection Department. Finds that in 2018，Shandong Province integrated the construction of ecological civilization with the work of rural revitalization closely，strived to promote the construction of rural ecological civilization，and has made some achievements. However，there are still some problems in the construction of ecological living environment，the comprehensive prevention and control of agricultural pollution，the enhancement of residents’ awareness of environmental protection，and the prevention of social risks of ecological environmental protection. So this paper will provide some policy suggestions on these following aspects：ecological civilization，production mode，life style and how to improve institutions and mechanisms.
