This paper analyzes the urgency of developing the housing leasing market by constructing a rental-sales ratio model. It analyzes the housing leasing market through four pilot projects in Guangzhou，Shenzhen，Foshan，Zhaoqing and Zhuhai. It analyzes the status quo of development through the questionnaire survey of Guangdong residents to analyze the satisfaction of the development of the housing rental market. It finally puts forward the problems and policy recommendations for the development of the housing rental market.
