本文通过构建租售比模型来分析发展住房租赁市场的紧迫性;通过对广州、深圳、佛山、肇庆四个加快发展住房租赁市场的试点城市以及珠海的相关专题调研来分析住房租赁市场的发展现状;通过对广东居民的问卷调查来分析住房租赁市场发展的满意度;最后提出了住房租赁市场发展面临的问题和政策建议。
<<This paper analyzes the urgency of developing the housing leasing market by constructing a rental-sales ratio model. It analyzes the housing leasing market through four pilot projects in Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Foshan,Zhaoqing and Zhuhai. It analyzes the status quo of development through the questionnaire survey of Guangdong residents to analyze the satisfaction of the development of the housing rental market. It finally puts forward the problems and policy recommendations for the development of the housing rental market.
