This report analyzes practices and experiences of carrying out the pilot reform of relatively concentrated power of administrative licensing in Guangzhou development zone，Nansha district，Tianhe district. It also summarizes existing problems and insufficiencies in the pilot reform. In combination with the practical situation of Guangzhou’s pilot reform，it puts forward some thoughts on perfecting the relatively centralized administrative permission，which could be used for reference and guidance.
