面向新时代人民美好交通发展需求,以广州市创建国家公交都市为契机,分析了公交都市视角下,公众、企业、政府三个方面的公共交通智能管理与服务需求,基于广州智能交通“一个中心、三大平台”的总体规划,搭建公共交通智能管理与服务体系框架,应用大数据、物联网、移动互联、云计算等新一代信息技术,开展公共交通智能化管理与服务创新实践,满足公众出行多样化交通服务需求,促进企业经营管理提质增效,强化行业监管引导服务,形成了广州公共交通共建共治共享的治理新格局。
<<Facing people’s upgrading demands of better traffic in the new era and taking the opportunity of Transit Metropolis establishment in Guangzhou,firstly,the public transportation intelligent management and service demands were analyzed including three aspects for the public,enterprises and government. Secondly,the framework of public transportation intelligent management and service system was constructed based on the overall plan with “one center,three platforms” in Guangzhou intelligent transportation. Thirdly,application of new generation information technology promote innovative practice of intelligent management and service for public transportation,such as big data,Internet of Things,mobile internet,cloud computing,etc.. As a result,the diversified demands of transportation services were met for the public,the enterprises management efficiency were improved,and the level of supervision,guidance and services were strengthened for government in public transportation. It has formed a new governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing for Guangzhou public transportation.
