情感素质是指个体性情方面的心理素质,本研究在查阅相关文献并对青年群体、专家进行访谈的基础上编制了《新北京青年情感素质问卷》,包括6个维度、17个因子。本研究对2414名1980年后至2002年出生的青年人的情感素质进行考察,对比了新北京青年群体、外地青年群体以及北京本地居民青年群体的情感素质差异,同时,分析了新北京青年群体中的农民工群体、海归群体和白领群体在情感素质上的现状。结果显示:新北京青年情感素质处于中等水平,分数高于外地青年但低于本地居民青年群体。女性青年群体得分明显高于男性,在学历上呈现受教育水平越高,情感素质分数越高的特点。在总情感素质分数中,金融行业、公务员和计算机领域得分最高,而待业人员则情感素质相对较低。对比新北京青年中的农民工群体、海归群体和白领群体,结果发现农民工群体得分相对较低,海归群体和白领群体得分较高,有海外经历并不能显著提高情感素质分数。考察情感素质的影响因素发现城市自豪感、融入感、自尊和适应能力对新北京青年中的海归、白领和农民工群体的情感素质均具有显著的影响。
<<Affective quality is the psychological quality of individual temperament. On the basis of reviewing relevant literature and interviewing youth and experts,current study developed an original investigative tool-“questionnaire on beijing youth’s affective quality”,which includes 6 dimensions and 17 factors. This study investigated the affective quality of 2414 young people born from 1980 to 2002,and compared the affective quality among different groups.
The results show that the affective quality of new youth Residents is at a medium level,and their scores are higher than those of young people from other places,but lower than those of young people from local residents. The score of female youth group is obviously higher than that of male,showing the characteristics of higher education level and higher affective quality score. Among the total affective quality scores,the financial industry,civil servants and computer fields scored the highest,while the unemployed had relatively low affective quality. Compared with migrant workers,returnees and white-collar young workers in the Beijing,the results show that migrant workers have relatively low scores,returnees and white-collar workers have higher scores,and overseas experience cannot significantly improve affective quality scores. Examining the influencing factors of affective quality,it is found that the sense of city pride,sense of integration,self-esteem and adaptability have a significant impact on the affective quality of returnees,white-collar workers and migrant workers in Beijing’s new youth residents.
