    批发业2009年发展与相关问题研究

    摘要

    2008年,内资批发企业当中赢利能力最强的当属国有企业,其资本利润率从2007年的18。5%升至2008年的23。01%。批发行业中仍以矿产品、建材及化工产品类批发所占比重最大,2008年其资产占行业总资产比重为47。64%,利润百分比也占到38。68%。人均利润最高的仍是外资企业,2008年人均利润达828608元,几乎是国有批发企业人均利润的2倍。中国的家电销售模式经历了三个阶段:第一阶段是以传统国营百货商店为主的家电销售;第二阶段是传统百货公司衰退,家电销售逐渐以专业家电连锁销售商为主;第三阶段是制造商寻求新的销售渠道,力图摆脱家电销售巨头的压榨。近年来,家电网络销售迅速发展,对实体店面销售模式形成了强有力的挑战。不论是销售额还是销售量,“家电下乡”九大类产品中最大的都集中在冰箱、彩电、洗衣机三类产品上。 <<

    Abstract

    In 2008,the most profitable wholesale companies are SOEs,whose rate of return on capital rose from 18.5%(2007)to 23.01%. Wholesale of mineral products,building materials and chemicals still constitutes the largest proportion in the wholesale sector;its percent of total assets and percent of total profits are 47.64% and 38.68%. The foreign funded wholesalers have the highest average profit——828608 Yuan,which almost doubles that of SOEs.

    The sales model of household appliances has experienced three stages. The first,almost all the household appliances are sold by the traditional state-owned department stores;then,the traditional stores declined and the chain stores played a more and more significant role;the last,the household appliances manufacturers began seeking new marketing channels to avoid being squeezed by the leading wholesalers. In recent years,the internet marketing of household appliances has gained an important progress,which challenges the traditional store sales.

    In the “Home Appliances Going to the Countryside” plan,the largest proportions in both sales revenue and sales volume focus on refrigerators,TVs and washing machines.
