Under the strategic layout of national AI “development first，control potential risk second”，technological innovation and moderate supervision have become the two core values of AI legislation. On the base of deeply grasping the law of AI development，we should give full play to domestic AI scenes and carry out the related work of AI supervision and legal regulation in an orderly manner. We will make breakthroughs in key areas，balance the relationship between law and technology，encourage scientific research and innovation，and actively participate in the global governance of AI. We will adhere to the basic ethical principles of AI and give consideration to decentralized legislation and information sharing.
