From 2018 to 2019，educational informatization has been showing a good momentum in general，and the government has intensified its efforts to promote educational informatization in depth. Educational informatization has gradually moved from 1.0 to 2.0. The role of educational informatization in promoting educational system reform has been significantly enhanced. With the improvement of educational informatization infrastructure，the demonstration area of intelligent education has emerged and the digital teaching resources have been diversified. The application of educational informatization has entered into a stage of integration and innovation. The field of education has quickened the utilization of information technology，which led to the pick-up of the market and diversified development of educational informatization. Informatization has great significance in promoting the development of education quality under the guidance of “one belt and one road”. The international community has gradually recognized and learnt from China’s experience of promoting educational development through informatization.
