乡村振兴战略明确提出要实施数字乡村战略，数字乡村是信息化与“三农”发展深度紧密结合的乡村发展新范式。本报告梳理了数字乡村发展的现状和存在的问题，分析了面临的国内外形势，对数字乡村的概念进行界定并从六个方面对未来的数字乡村发展进行展望。针对发展中存在的一些问题和不足，本报告在最后有针对性地提出推进数字乡村建设的建议。
<<The strategy of rural revitalization clearly indicates the implementation of digital village development strategy，which is a new paradigm of rural development that closely combines informatization with the development of three issues concerning agriculture，farmers，and rural areas. This paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems during the development of digital village，and analyzes the international and domestic situations. The concept of digital village is defined，and the future development of digital village was pointed out from six aspects. This paper proposes several suggestions to promote the construction of digital village at last.
