The Industrial Internet is becoming a strategic arena for a new round of technological and industrial revolution. Most of the developed countries have realized the importance of Industrial Internet. Multinational companies are also accelerating industrial layout. This paper firstly introduces current situation of the global Industrial Internet and prospects the future development trend of the industry. This paper also introduces the present status of China’s Industrial Internet development，analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by industrial development，and gives some policy suggestions.
